Our club's mission is to support bartenders battling cancer by raising awareness and funds while promoting a healthy lifestyle through biking. This in-person event welcomes riders of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros. Join us as we pedal together, soak in the fresh air, and build new friendships. Discover the beauty of Galveston on two wheels with a community of like-minded individuals, and cap off our rides with refreshing drinks and snacks.
The $30.00 registration Fee goes The Helen David Relief Fund, to help assist hospitality workers who have been diagnosed with Cancer and includes access to the pool party.
Upon registration, riders will receive access to the pool party and an invitation to create a individual fundraising link to share with friends and family.

9:00 AM | Shuttle Departure (Houston → Galveston)
Guests utilizing the complimentary shuttle service should arrive at the Houston Rockets
Training Center (7310 Old Katy Rd, Houston, TX 77024).
Parking is available within the enclosed lot at no charge. The shuttle will depart promptly at 9:00 AM. Please note that personal bicycles cannot be accommodated on the shuttle.
This is a round-trip service.
10:00 AM | Rider Check-In & Staging
Staging will begin at The San Luis Resort (rear parking lot). Guests will enjoy complimentary snacks and beverages while checking in. Bicycle fittings will be conducted during this time for those using bikes provided.
12:00 PM | Ride Departure
Riders will depart promptly at noon for a fun-paced, approximately 10-mile ride along
the Galveston Seawall. A scheduled stop at Willie G's Seafood & Steaks will include a water and restroom break, along with a group photo opportunity.
1:30 PM | Poolside After Party
The ride concludes with an after party at The Cove pool bar at The San Luis Resort.
Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks, cocktails, and a live DJ in a relaxed poolside
setting. Feel free to bring a bathing suit for a dip in the pool.
3:45 PM | Shuttle Departure (Galveston → Houston)
Guests returning via shuttle should be prepared for departure at 3:45 PM for
transportation back to Houston.
